    KLM Meet & Seat

    If you happen to be flying on KLM Royal Dutch Airlines for this spring break, get ready to know who you’re sitting next to a little bit better.  Announced last year, KLM finally introduced Meet & Seat earlier this month.  KLM Meet & Seat will know allow you get to know that stranger you’re sitting next to, or even change your seat based on your findings, by integrating various social media platforms into the booking process.

    KLM Meet & Seat gives flyers the option to share their Facebook and/or LinkedIn accounts during the booking process, which will then allow them to see the profiles of others they are flying with.  KLM says that this now a chance for their customer to now meet and network with “interesting” throughout the traveling process.  Currently, KLM Meet & Seat is only available on flights flying between Amsterdam and New York, San Francisco, or Sao Paulo.
